Fund listings come from Form D notices filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where the issuer identified itself as a hedge fund, private equity fund or venture capital fund. Firm pages come from Form ADV, and estimated returns from Form 13F. This edition covers filings from Oct 1, 2024 to Oct 30, 2026, one row per fund at its latest filing.

Reading the numbers

“Raised” is the total amount sold since the offering began, as reported by the fund. It is not current assets and may be out of date. Funds with an indefinite offering often report cumulative subscriptions.
